Nocturne Chapter 25 ImprisonedSomeone kicked me in the side and I opened my eyes only to be greeted by the darkness. I rubbed my eyes and looked around. I found a man standing in front of me. He was in shabbily made clothing which looked like small rags patched together. His face was grubby with dirt and he held a large axe. He grabbed my hair (which was a feet as my hair was only an inch long) and hoisted me to my feet. I looked around to see that similar things were happening to everyone else. They were just bandits; nothing more. I was about to cast a spell so that I could break free but the man slapped me in the face and put a small choker around my neck. Nocturne Chapter 24 AdriftI stared into the campfire with an obsessive stare. The crackling and small pops. The faint smell of burning wood wafted through my nose and I closed my eyes. There weren't many people left awake by now. There was CC, Tava, Pyrrhus, and maybe Jasmine. But I wasn't too sure about Jasmine. She was slumping off and her eyes were drooping. It was only a matter of time before she would fall asleep. Maybe I should go to bed as well. I don't even see why I was still up. Rhavik rolled over and stretched, and he ended up kicking me.
